Cancellation Policy
1. 14-Day “No-Questions-Asked” Window (Full Refund)
- If you decide within the first 14 days of starting your subscription, you can cancel at any time—no questions asked—and receive a full refund.
2. Subscriptions Beyond One Month (14-Day Refund Window)
- If your subscription continues past the initial 30-day period, you still have a 14-day cancellation window starting from the end of that first month. During this window, you are eligible for a full refund of that cycle.
- Example:
- You sign up on June 1 → Cancel through June 14 for a full refund of that first month.
- If you remain subscribed on July 1, you can cancel through July 14 for a full refund of your July billing.

3. Automatic Renewal & Cancellation After Renewal (14-Day Refund Window)
- At the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, depending on your plan), your subscription automatically renews.
- If you decide not to continue after a renewal, you have 14 days from the renewal date to cancel and receive a full refund for that cycle.
4. Yearly Subscriptions (14-Day Refund Window Before Each Renewal)
- For annual (yearly) subscriptions, you have 14 days from the initial purchase date to cancel and receive a full refund.
- After each annual renewal, you have another 14-day window from the renewal date to cancel with a full refund of the new year’s fee.

- You purchase a yearly plan on January 1 → Cancel through January 14 for a full refund of your first year.
- If your subscription renews on January 1 the following year, you can cancel through January 14 to receive a full refund of that annual charge.
